1400℃可控气氛箱式炉又称1400℃箱式气氛电阻炉采用硅碳棒加热。温度可达1400度，可控硅、日本岛电智能温控仪表和S型单铂铑热电偶配套使用，对炉膛内部温度进行测温调节、自动控制。
