We offer premium quality Cupellation Furnaces, which helps in removing all the non precious metals from samples of precious metals. These are made of silicon carbide (carborundum), heated by Sigma resistors. In order to get an easy heating and to reduce energetic consumption, the thermal insulation is obtained by ceramic fiber.
The furnace is equipped by an opening door with pressure wedge allowing to operate with the best safety avoiding the contact with the burning part. Under it there is an insulation support for the cupels to treat. On the lower part of the furnace, the control panel is placed which includes a digital visualized thermo regulator. Clients can avail these at market leading prices.
Cupellation furnace removes all non presious metals from samples of precious alloy to be assayed. The silicon carbide resistance give out a maximum power of 2 kw on each of the 3 resistance groups. The power on each phase is electronically controlled which avoids manual regulation and increases the life of the resistances.
Electric furnace features:
1. The shell plate of the box body is made of 10mm high-quality carbon steel and cold-rolled steel plate, which is cut, folded and welded by precision CNC machine tools, which is firm and durable;
2. The double-layer furnace shell room is equipped with an air cooling system, which can quickly increase and decrease the temperature. When the temperature is high, the external temperature of the furnace shell is low
3. The furnace bottom is equipped with a SiC furnace bottom plate, and the side can also be equipped with a carbonization baffle to prevent the heating elements and insulation materials from being damaged by escaping gas and steam.
4. The 1350 ℃ fire assaying furnace is heated with silicon carbide rod, and the furnace is equipped with silicon carbide furnace bottom plate
5. It has a controllable air intake system, equipped with a blower and an adjustable air flow valve to control the air flow. The air enters the furnace after preheating.
6. It is equipped with a controllable exhaust system to prevent the erosion of corrosive smoke during soot blowing. The smoke is discharged from the insulated exhaust pipe to a movable collector under the chimney to collect condensed lead
Over temperature automatic alarm output and other safety protection measures to prevent accidents;
7. There is a gas deflector above the back of the furnace to guide the hot air to sink and form an air circulation channel in the furnace. Through the heat conduction of the furnace soaking plate, the temperature gradient in the furnace can be effectively reduced, and the ideal soot blowing effect can be obtained.
8. The ash blowing furnace is equipped with an integrated stainless steel exhaust hood connected to the exhaust gas system above the furnace door, which can protect the operator from harmful gases.
9. Pneumatically control the opening and closing of the furnace door, and the foot switch is convenient for the user to operate, so as to keep the hot furnace door away from the operator and avoid potential safety hazards caused by high temperature and hot environment.
10. There is a removable ceramic plate storage platform under the furnace door for temporary storage of materials
11. A tool hook is installed at the side of the furnace body to facilitate the hanging of small-scale gold testing tools
