SGM CF1815-14搅拌式马弗炉（带搅拌系统）为1400度带搅拌的高温马弗炉,搅拌式马弗炉炉膛内配有坩埚搅拌桨，搅拌桨可上下提升，以便于放取料，并能保证材料加热均匀。
带搅拌功能的马弗炉炉体上表面固定连接有搅拌器支架,搅拌器支架上固定连接有搅拌器电机,搅拌器电机上连接有搅拌杆,搅拌杆深入到炉膛内,炉膛底面设计有坩埚放置凹槽,坩埚放置凹槽内放置有坩埚,搅拌杆的下端位于坩埚内.
主要特点Main features
1、Furnace body is double air cooling structure to control furnace surface Temp. no more than 60℃ when furnace is heated into max. Temp.
炉体采用双层风冷结构，炉子烧到最高温度时，壳体表面温度低于60℃
2、Heat insulating materials adopt Alumina fiber inorganic ones, which is formed with vacuum absorption, environmental protecting and energy saving.

4、采用模糊PID控制，控温精度可达±1℃。

Crucible stirrer is equipped inside the chamber, which can move up and down to make feeding and discharging easier, and to ensure materials heated evenly.
