SGM1400℃真空管式炉是由洛阳西格马高温电炉生产的实验室用真空管式电阻炉，真空管式炉采用智能仪表进行控制,炉管采用高纯刚玉管，温度可以达到1400℃。采用水冷式密封法兰与石英管或刚玉管紧密结合，法兰上安装有不锈钢针阀和机械压力表，法兰两端加支托，减轻炉管负重，保证使用寿命。真空度：10-2Torr（采用机械泵），10-5Torr(采用分子泵)可在本公司选购各种真空泵。可加配点火装置。
Sgm1400 ℃ vacuum tube furnace is a laboratory vacuum tube resistance furnace produced by Luoyang sigma high temperature electric furnace. The vacuum tube furnace is controlled by intelligent instrument. The furnace tube adopts high purity corundum tube, and the maximum temperature can reach 1400 ℃. The water-cooled sealing flange is closely combined with quartz tube or corundum tube. Stainless steel needle valve and mechanical pressure gauge are installed on the flange, and supports are added at both ends of the flange to reduce the load of furnace tube and ensure the service life. Vacuum degree: 10-2torr (using mechanical pump), 10-5torr (using molecular pump) can purchase various vacuum pumps in our company. Ignition device can be added.
此款高温炉可以广泛地用于材料的烧结或是退火（在真空或是惰性气体保护状态下）
1、炉体采用双层炉壳结构，双层炉壳之间装有风机，可以快速升降温，炉壳表面温度低。
The furnace body adopts a double-layer shell structure with fans installed between the two-layer shells, which can quickly increase and decrease the temperature, and the surface temperature of the furnace shell is low.
2、加热元件采用硅碳棒加热，温度可达140度
The heating element is heated by silicon carbide rod, and the temperature can reach 140 ℃
3、炉管采用99刚玉制作而成、两端用304不锈钢法兰密封。
The furnace tube is made of 99 corundum and sealed with 304 stainless steel flange at both ends.
4、法兰两端加支托，减轻炉管负重，保证使用寿命。
Supports are added at both ends of the flange to reduce the load of furnace tube and ensure the service life.
5、炉膛材料采用质的氧化铝多晶纤维砌筑而成，节能50。
The furnace material is made of imported alumina polycrystalline fiber with energy saving of 50%.
6、电炉温度控制系统采用人工智能调节技术，具有PID调节、模糊控制、自整定能力并可编制各种升温程序等功能，该控制系统温度显示精度为1℃，温场稳定度±5℃，升温速率1~20℃可任意设置。
The temperature control system of electric furnace adopts artificial intelligence regulation technology, which has PID regulation, fuzzy control, self-tuning ability, and can program various temperature rising programs. The temperature display accuracy of the control system is 1 ℃, the temperature field stability is ± 5 ℃, and the heating rate can be set arbitrarily from 1 ℃ to 20 ℃.
7、气流控制：可选配浮子流量计、质子流量计、多路混气系统，控制气体流量。
Air flow control: optional with rotameter, proton flowmeter, multi-channel gas mixing system to control gas flow.
8、真空系统：可选购配 TW-1.5A 真空泵和能够抽到 10-1Pa 真空泵或能够抽到 10-4Pa 德国分子泵，真空度可根据需要调整。
Vacuum system: tw-1.5a vacuum pump and vacuum pump capable of pumping up to 10-1pa or molecular pump imported from Germany can be selected. The vacuum degree can be adjusted according to needs.
9、法兰：采用双环密封技术，拆卸方便，抗氧化、酸碱性能强，法兰上预留多种接头，可接电阻真空计、KF25波纹管等。
Flange: double ring sealing technology, easy to disassemble, strong anti-oxidation and acid-base performance. Various joints are reserved on the flange, which can be connected with resistance vacuum gauge and kf25 bellows.

炉管材质：99.8高纯刚玉管
炉管尺寸：Φ30、40、50、60、70、80、90、100、110*1000mm,可供选择
炉管内气压不可高于0.02MPa
由于气瓶内部气压较高，所以向炉管内通入气体时，气瓶上必须安装减压阀
当炉体温度高于1000℃时，炉管内不可处于真空状态，炉管内的气压需和大气压相当，保持在常压状态
对于样品加热的实验，不建议关闭炉管法兰端的抽气阀和进气阀使用。若需要关闭气阀对样品加热，则需时刻关注压力表的示数，若气压表示数大于0.02MPa，必须立刻打开泄气阀，以防意外发生（如炉 管破裂，法兰飞出等）
