台车式电阻炉应用范围：

本系列台车式电阻炉适用于大中型金属材料或制品进行正火，淬火，退火，回火等热处理使用。

台车式电阻炉结构特点：

1、使用温度: 1000℃、1100℃、1200℃

2、炉衬可选用砖结构，全纤维结构，复合结构等材料。

3、炉门升降采用电动升降机构，可选配电动葫芦、提升机、卷扬机.密封机构可采用机械、电动、气动调节等。

4、台车与炉壳间密封可采用砂封、柔性密封、迷宫式密封、电动推杆式密封、汽缸压紧密封等方式。

5、台车及炉门升降等动作均设有自动通断电及限位连锁装置。

6、可根据要求设计双炉门，双台车或多个台车等方式。可订做低温，中温，高温，大型，特大型台车式电阻炉。

7、采用台车式加热炉做回火热处理之用时应加装热风循环系统及导流装置，以保证炉温均匀性。

8、验收标准能实现AMS2750E、GB/T9452-2002等测温标准。
