据俄卫星通讯社2023年6月16日报道,科学院结构宏观力学和材料学问题研究所的研发人员成功发明了一种新型仪器,可附着在受损的航天器表面,并消除上面的微小细缝。此外,该自蔓延高温合成装置还可用于检测缝隙的存在。
该装置采用自蔓延高温合成技术,通过产生热能获得一种薄膜,用于填补航天器机体表面上的微小细缝。这一技术是宇航学领域的重要突破,并将为航天器的安全和可靠性提供有力支持。
该自蔓延高温合成装置为圆柱体形状,内置自蔓延高温合成炉料和螺旋,用于发起合成和气化材料。自蔓延高温合成加热炉料时所产生的气体将在缝隙处沉淀,形成连续的膜,从而有效地堵塞缝隙。
